I found this recipe on a bottle of Marie's Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. I make it on my Cuisinart indoor griddle (grill side up). Very easy and tasty.

Ingredients For grilled asparagus with blue cheese vinaigrette

  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh asparagus spears
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    marie's blue cheese vinaigrette

How To Make grilled asparagus with blue cheese vinaigrette

  • 1
    Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill asparagus until just tender, about 5 minutes for thick spears, turning once. Drizzle with Marie's Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. Serve warm or chilled.
