This is an easy make ahead salad that just gets better the longer it refrigerates. Everything that goes great with green beans is in here...onion, bacon, tomato, and red potato. Every bite is covered in creamy ranch sauce - yum! This will be great with your favorite grilled, roasted, or bbq dishes.

Ingredients For green bean salad with ranch sauce

1 lbgreen beans, blanched in salted water, cut into 1 inch pieces

1/2 cdiced onion, red would be pretty, I used white

1 mdtomato, seeded and chopped

1 mdred potato, diced 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubed, boiled until tender

3 sliceturkey bacon, cooked and diced

2 Tbspshredded Parmesean cheese

1/2 tspfresh ground pepper
- RANCH SAUCE:
-
3 Tbspmayonnaise
-
2 Tbspsour cream
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1 1/2 TbspHidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
How To Make green bean salad with ranch sauce

1In a large mixing bowl combine green beans, onion, tomato and potato.

2In a separate dish mix ingredients for ranch sauce until well combined. Mixture will be thick. Pour over veggies.

3Mix until well combined. Add Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Stir well. Top with crumbled bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
