Ingredients For getting the beans

1 pkgfrozen or fresh green beans

1 jarbacon bits (hormel)

12 smred potatoes, small

2 stalkgreen onion (optional)

3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 Tbspmayonnaise

1/2 pkguncle dans or other ranch style dry dressing
How To Make getting the beans

1Wash & boil red potatoes. If they are large, cut in half. Rinse green beans (frozen)in a collander with hot water; or blanch for 2 minutes.

2In a skillet, toss in potatoes, sliced green onions, and bacon bits and heat through. It's okay if the potatoes get a little crisp to their skins.

3Toss in the green beans and mix well. Lower the heat to warm. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and 1/2 package of the salad dressing mix. You can add a little pepper and salt, but remember you have the bacon pieces, which are salty.

4Mix the mayonnaise dressing in the skillet and toss well. Finally, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the whole thing and give a final toss. Serve warm.
