Ingredients For farmers market salad

  • 1 pkg
    24 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 c
    cooked pasta (any variety)
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 can
    brocolli florets broken up a bit
  • 2 stalk
    green onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1 c
    ranch dressing ( i use spicy ranch)

How To Make farmers market salad

    mix cottage cheese and ranch dressing in bowl and set aside
  • 2
    Cook 2 cups of your choice of Pasta in salted water, drain and rinse and put into large mixing bowl
  • 3
    add all the vegies and shredded cheese and toss lightly
  • 4
    add the cottage cheese mixture and carefully mix together with the pasta vegies and serve
