these are good but careful with the carrots if you choose the wrong carrot size they'll go through the wrap

Ingredients For egg rolls

  • 2 pkg
    egg roll wraps makes 30
  • 1/2 md
    cabbage head
  • 1 bag
    shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 lb
    sauage or beef
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make egg rolls

  • 1
    cut a half of the cabbage and shredded it up, take the carrots and diced them to make them smaller to keep from tear a hole in wrap.
  • 2
    cook sausage or beef til done.combine all ingredients.
  • 3
    put ingredients in wraps and roll it up use the water to make it stick
  • 4
    fry the egg rolls in a skillet. with 2inches of oil
