Ingredients For drizzled corn on the cob

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 16 ears fresh yellow corn, shucked
  • 1 cup chopped parsley

How To Make drizzled corn on the cob

  • 1
    Bring large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika and garlic salt. Pour into a squeeze bottle.

    Boil corn, in batches, for 4 minutes or til bright yellow and kernels are tender. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over corn and sprinkle with parsley. Serves 16 Source: Entertain, Decorate, Celebrate, July/August, 2013
