1 pkg(10) ounce frozen spinach, thawed and drained, very well

1 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsporegano, dried

1/2 tspbasil, dried

1 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
2/3 cbisquick

1/4 tsppepper

1container (16 ounce) ricotta cheese
How To Make crustless spinach parmigiana pie

1Grease deep dish plate. Layer ricotta cheese with parmesan cheese in pie pan.

2Mix spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil and pepper; spoon over parmesan mixture.

3Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

4Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Cool 5 minutes. Can be served with heated tomato sauce.
