Ingredients For crispy baked asparagus fries

  • 1 lb
    asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c
    panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make crispy baked asparagus fries

  • 1
    Dredge asparagus in the flour, dip in egg and then into the mixture of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Place asparagus in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 425 degrees oven until golden brown about 7-13 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
