This isn't the usual green bean casserole that is usually served at Thanksgiving. It creamy and cheesy and delicious.

Ingredients For creamy green bean casserole

  • 2 lb
    fresh green beans snipped
  • 15 oz
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 c
    green onions chopped
  • 6 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz
    whipped cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    french fried onions

How To Make creamy green bean casserole

  • 1
    Boil green beans in crushed tomatoes until tender.
  • 2
    Mix together all ingredients except french fried onions.
  • 3
    Pour into sprayed casserole dish and top with french fried onions.
  • 4
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
