Ingredients For creamy baked carrots

  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme, crushed
  • 20 oz
    frozen crinkle cut carrots, thawed
  • 1 can
    french fried onions

How To Make creamy baked carrots

  • 1
    Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spry. Stir the soup, milk, thyme, carrots and 2/3 cup of the onions in the prepared dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Stir the carrots mixture.

    Sprinkle the remaining onions over the mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more or until carrots are tender and onions are golden brown.
