This is something I had out at a restaurant one day and it took me years to figure out how to make it. Hope everyone enjoys it. :)

Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 box
    jiffy corn muffin mix

How To Make corn casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into large, lightly oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes. Enjoy :)
