2 1/2 lbcarrots, diagonally sliced 1/2" thick

6 Tbspbutter, cubed

¼ to ½ tspseasoned salt

¼ tsppepper

1 to 2 Tbspminced fresh chives
How To Make chive buttered carrots

1Place 1 inch of water and carrots in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook, covered, 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.

2In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add carrots, seasoned salt and pepper; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until carrots are tender. Sprinkle with chives.
