1 1/2 cchopped cauliflower ( small )

1 1/2 cbroccoli florets ( small )

3/4 csliced carrots

1 - 10 ozcream mushroom soup

1 cshredded, cheese ( your choice )

1/3 csour cream

1/2 tsppepper
-
1 canfried onions (2.8 oz. can)
How To Make cheesy vegetable casserole

1Cook the vegetables until crisp tender. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can onions. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and onions; bake for an additional 5 minutes or until fried onion rings are lightly browned.
