Ingredients For cheesy vegetable casserole

  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped cauliflower ( small )
  • 1 1/2 c
    broccoli florets ( small )
  • 3/4 c
    sliced carrots
  • 1 - 10 oz
    cream mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    shredded, cheese ( your choice )
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    fried onions (2.8 oz. can)

How To Make cheesy vegetable casserole

  • 1
    Cook the vegetables until crisp tender. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can onions. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and onions; bake for an additional 5 minutes or until fried onion rings are lightly browned.
