Ingredients For cheesy corn & peppers

2 Tbspbutter, cut into cubes

2poblano chile peppers, chopped

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspground cumin

1/4 tspcoarsely ground black pepper

1 c(about 4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

3 ozcream cheese, cut into cubes
How To Make cheesy corn & peppers

1Coat inside of 3 1/2-to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

2Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in Crock-Pot slow cooker.

3Cover. Cook on high 2 hours.

4Stir in cheeses. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes more or until cheeses melt.
