Ingredients For cauliflower salad

  • 1
    head of cauliflower steamed or boiled until tender. cut in bite size pieces
  • 6
    hard boiled eggs: peel eggs, rinse and dice into small pieces.
  • 1/3 c
    miracle whip or mayonnaise (dont use light it has more carbs)
  • 3 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    dill pickle relish, or finely diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make cauliflower salad

    Combine all ingredients and chill over night.
