The most tasty deep fried cauliflower I have ever had. I like them better with ranch dressing but the marinara is good too.

Ingredients For cauliflower fritters

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    coriander
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can
    beer
  • 1 lg
    head of cauliflower broken into florets.
  • marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dip
  • oil for deep frying

How To Make cauliflower fritters

  • 1
    Mix flour coriander,paprika, oil, salt, and beer. I used Bud light you can use any kind of beer you like but depending on the beer the flavor can change especially is you use a stout or dark beer.

    Let the batter sit in a warm place for 30 minute. I just sat mine on the table where the sun was hitting it.

    Cook cauliflower in salted boiling water until done. Drain and set aside.

    Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees. Coat cauliflower in batter and deep fry until golden
  • 5
    Serve with marinara or ranch.
