Ingredients For carrot jello

  • 1 pkg
    lemon jello
  • 15 1/2 oz
    can crushed pineapple, save juice
  • 2 c
    grated carrots

How To Make carrot jello

  • 1
    Dissolve 1 cup heated water with Jello. Add 1 cup of pineapple juice to Jello. Let set to thickness of egg whites. Add pineapple and carrots. Put into a mold. Refrigerate. Makes 4 servings.
