This recipe was one of my favorite side dishes my aunt made when we had dinner at her house. I continue the tradition at family dinners.

Ingredients For carrot casserole

4 craw carrots, grated

1 cbutter, softened

2 ceggs
-
1/2brown sugar

1- 1/2 cflour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 tsplemon juice
How To Make carrot casserole

1Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Add eggs, Combine dry ingredients and add gradually to the mixture. Add lemon juice.

2Add grated carrots and mix well.( I use an electric mixer.) Grease a casserole dish well. Pour the mixture into the dish and Bake at 350' for and 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy !!
