3/4 tspgarlic powder

3/4 tsponion powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspdried thyme

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/4 tspblack pepper

4ears corn, with husks

2 tspbutter, melted
How To Make cajun-grilled corn on the cob

1Prepare grill. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

2Pull husks back from corn (do not remove) and scrub silks. Brush butter over corn; sprinkle with spice mixture.

3Place corn on grill rack and grill 12 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Husks can be used as a handle to turn the corn..
