Ingredients For cajun-grilled corn on the cob

  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4
    ears corn, with husks
  • 2 tsp
    butter, melted

How To Make cajun-grilled corn on the cob

    Prepare grill. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

    Pull husks back from corn (do not remove) and scrub silks. Brush butter over corn; sprinkle with spice mixture.
