I make these yummy fritters usually as a snack. I made them for lunch today. I usually double the recipe. They're yummy!

Ingredients For broccoli or cauliflower fritters

1 cchopped broccoli or cauliflower - i combine the 2 sometimes

1 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 - 1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt
-
1egg
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 1/2 tspmelted butter
-
1/2 cminced sweet onion
-
1 cfresh shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make broccoli or cauliflower fritters

1Preheat deep fryer or oil in a pan to about 375 degree F.
In a bowl, mix flour, milk, seasonings, baking powder, egg and butter, until smooth.
Now stir in the cheese, cauliflower and onion.
Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
I drop by tablespoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden.
