    (15 oz) pinyo ot pink beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 sm
    red bell peppers, deeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 md
    shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
