    small yellow squash
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 c
    cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c
    crushed saltine crackers

How To Make battletown inn baked squash

  • 1
    Boil squash in salt water until tender. Drain and mash.
  • 2
    Saute onion in butter. Add cream, cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix with squash.

    Pour into a 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Top with additional crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
