7small yellow squash

1 mdonion, diced

1/2 ccream
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

3/4 ccrushed saltine crackers
How To Make battletown inn baked squash

1Boil squash in salt water until tender. Drain and mash.

2Saute onion in butter. Add cream, cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix with squash.

3Pour into a 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Top with additional crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
