Ingredients For terry's spinach souffle

  • 12 oz pkg
    frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    cream of celery or cream of asparagus soup

How To Make terry's spinach souffle

    Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    Lightly butter a 9x9" casserole dish
  • 3
    In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs. Add the spinach, bread crumbs, cheese and soup. Do not add any water.

    Pour spinach mixture into the buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
