  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ritz crackers crumbled
  • 8 ozs shredded cheddar cheese

    Put cabbage in 9x13 baking dish. Combine next 3 ingredients in saucepan until thick. Pour mixture over cabbage. Top with cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
