Ingredients For green bean & scalloped potato casserole

  • 1 box
    scalloped potato mix (4 oz)
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    half & half
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 or 2 can
    cut green beans (14.5 oz each, can use frozen too)
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How To Make green bean & scalloped potato casserole

  • Sauce mix, half & half, butter, seasoning, and sour cream in a bowl.

    Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, stir sauce mix (from the scalloped potatoes mix), half & half, butter, red pepper, sour cream, and paprika.
  • Potatoes and green beans stirred into sauce.

    Stir in the potatoes and green beans.
  • Mixture poured into a casserole dish.

    Transfer to a casserole dish.
  • Baked green bean and potato casserole.

    Bake uncovered for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
