Ingredients For crab casserole

  • 6
    hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped while warm
  • 2 c
    "pepperidge farm herb bread stuffing
  • 1 pt
    half and half
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 lb
    jumbo lump crab meat, picked over
  • 1/2 c
    finley chopped onion
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 bunch
    parsley for color

How To Make crab casserole

    Mix everything together and bake for 350" till bubbly about 45 min.
