This is a favorite at pot-lucks, quick and easy to make. You can also substitute cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack for more of a kick.

Ingredients For country-style corn pudding

  • 1 - 16oz can
    whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 - 16oz can
    can cream style corn
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    sour cream, lite
  • 1 8 1/2 oz pkg
    corn muffin mix
  • 1 c
    colby jack cheese, shredded

How To Make country-style corn pudding

  • 1
    preheat oven to 350F. Use an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.
  • 2
    mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle top with cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
