Ingredients For cheesy chicken and corn

  • 1 box
    yellow rice mix
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 1/4 c
    frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheesy chicken and corn

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook rice according to package directions
  • 2
    save out 1/2 c of the cheese, then add rice and all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined.
  • 3
    Spoon into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350 for about thirty minutes, or until bubbly.
