Ingredients For cheddar cabbage casserole

2sleeves ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 cbutter, melted

4 1/2 cshredded cabbage

1/3 cchopped onion

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 cancream of celery soup

1 cmilk

1/2 cmayonnaise

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheddar cabbage casserole

1Toss the crushed crackers with butter; sprinkle half into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

2Layer with cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.

3In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over top; sprinkle with cheese and remaining cracker mixture.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden brown.
