Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 3 pkg
    frozen broccoli, thawed (9 oz. each)
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup (10-3/4 oz.)
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1/2 lb
    ritz cracker crumbs

How To Make broccoli casserole

    Preheat oven to 400º
  • 2
    Placed thawed broccoli in a 9x13" baking dish.

    Combine all ingredients except margarine and cracker crumbs; pour over broccoli.

    In a small bowl, mix together margarine and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
