    chopped onion

    chopped carrots
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red pepper

    chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c
    minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 c
    frozen peas

    Heat oil in nonstick skillet, add onions, carrots, celery and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender
