Ingredients For creamy mushroom rice in rice cooker

1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped

1 green pepper chopped

1/2 small red onion, chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

2 cups brown or white rice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup half and half
-
2 1/2 cups beef broth
-
1 teaspoon sour cream
How To Make creamy mushroom rice in rice cooker

1Place all ingredients in rice cooker, EXCEPT sour cream and half and half.

2Cook as directed for white or brown rice.

3When cooking is completed, add half and half and sour cream(whisked together) replace lid and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

4Stir and enjoy!!!!
