It took me a while to learn how to cook fluffy rice that wasn't instant. After much practice I discovered this easy method that guarantees perfection every time.

    dry rice
  • 4 c
    water

How To Make bobby fay's easy fluffy rice

    Place Stainless steel saucepan on stove top

    pour in 2 c. rice
  • 3
    stir until most are lite brown (this process breaks the outer sheath on the rice kernel)

    pour 4 c. water into rice
  • 5
    boil for 1-2 minutes only then turn off heat, cover and set aside for a few hrs. for a lite & fluffy rice
