Ingredients For sweet potato crunch

    mashed sweet potatoes (canned, no juice)
  • 1 /2 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    chopped peans
  • 1/3 c
    self-risng flour

How To Make sweet potato crunch

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in a (9 13) baking dish.
  • 2
    Mix topping ingredients together and spoon onto the top of sweet potato mixture.

    Bake at 375 degree for 25 minutes
