Ingredients For super cheesy au gratin potatoes

1 cmilk

1 cheavy cream
-
1/4 cbutter (not margarine)

2 tsponion powder

1 tspsalt

6 mdpotatoes, thinly sliced

1 1/2 Tbspall-purpose flour

4 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make super cheesy au gratin potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Combine milk, cream, butter, onion powder, and salt in medium saucepan.

3When butter melts add flour.

4Then add 2 cups shredded cheese and whisk until smooth.

5Place potatoes in prepared baking dish.

6Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.

7Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.

8Uncover and add remaining cheese.

9Return to oven and bake uncovered until golden and bubbly.
