Ingredients For scalloped potatoes

1/3 cflour

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 tspground dry mustard

1/2 tspwhite pepper

2 chalf and half

6 cyukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced

2onions, julienne

2 csharp white shredded cheddar cheese

2 csharp yellow shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make scalloped potatoes

1Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and brown lightly. Add dry mustard, white pepper and half and half. Heat until it starts to thicken.

2Layer potatoes, onion, cheese, and sauce in a 13x9 pan. I do three layers.

3Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes, uncovered for additionall 15-30 minutes until the top looks a little crusty
