Ingredients For scalloped potatoes

2 1/2 lbthinly sliced potatoes

2 cthinly sliced onion
- CHEESE SAUCE

9 Tbspunsalted butter

6 Tbspall-purpose flour

4 cmilk

2 cshredded sharp cheddar
- BREAD CRUMB TOPPING MIXTURE

1 cbread crumbs
-
2 Tbspgranulated garlic
-
2 Tbsponion powder

1 ozmelted butter
How To Make scalloped potatoes

1Slice Potatoes and onion. Layer in pan.

2Cheese Sauce: In sauces pot melt butter and add flour. Than add milk and cook til thicken. Than add cheese and cook till cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and onion.

3Bread Crumb Topping: Mix together bread crumbs, granulated garlic, onion powder and melted butter. Top potato,onion, and cheese sauce, Cover with tin foil and bake a 400 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove tin foil and cook an another 10 minutes till golden brown. Let set for 10 minutes and serve.
