Ingredients For roasted potatoes in garlic aioli

  • 4 lg
    russet potatoes peeled washed and diced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    butter melted
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh shredded parmesan cheese for serving

How To Make roasted potatoes in garlic aioli

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes and parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Toss in potatoes and coat well.

    Place the potatoes in roasting pan and roast in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve
