Ingredients For potatoes au gratin

1 ptcold boiled potatoes, diced

2 Tbspbutter, divided

1 Tbspflour

1 cmilk

1 cfine dry bread crumbs
How To Make potatoes au gratin

1Put 1 TBS butter and flour in saucepan with a little salt and pepper. Cook till well mixed, then add milk and stir until smooth and thick.

2Add potatoes and simmer 5 minutes, then pour into a buttered shallow baking dish. Melt the remaining butter and pour into bread crumbs, combine and pour over potatoes.

3Put into a hot oven until the crumbs are golden brown, then serve hot.
