1 smonion, chopped

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspprepared mustard

2 Tbspvinegar

1/2 tsptabasco pepper sauce
How To Make picnic potato salad
-
1Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and cube. Add celery and onion; sprinkle with salt. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and tabasco sauce; Add to potato mixture. Toss lightly with fork, being careful not to break potatoes. Chill. Makes 10 servings.
