Ingredients For picnic potato salad

  • 3 lb
    potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
  • 2 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco pepper sauce

How To Make picnic potato salad

  • 1
    Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and cube. Add celery and onion; sprinkle with salt. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and tabasco sauce; Add to potato mixture. Toss lightly with fork, being careful not to break potatoes. Chill. Makes 10 servings.
