    bag hash browns
  • 3
    green onions choppd
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make parmesan hashbrown cups

    Preheat oven 350 degrees.. coat a 12 muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

    In large bowl combine potatoes, onions, parmesan, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. spoon into 12 muffin tins packing gently. Bake for 1 hour
