I threw this together one night to go with our marinated grilled asparagus and yummy steak. These were very yummy.

    red potatoes
  • 2
    green onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • italian seasoning

How To Make parmasean italian potatos

    pre heat oven to 350, line baking dish with tin foil.

    cut up potatoes in quarters, put in baking dish, cut up green onion, pour those on top of potatoes, followed by garlic and Italian seasoning. pour olive oil over the top to your desire, fold tin foil and bake for 30 min.

    Take out sprinkle cheese all over the top then bake for another 15 min. feeds 3 people
