I found this recipe in a cook book for people with Thyroid issues. I have changed the seasonings in this recipe...I have used Tony Chachere's, garlic powder, onion powder, etc. This recipe is very versatile....time to let your taste buds run wild!!!!

  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make oven roasted potato wedges

    Wash potatoes, cut into wedges.

    Place wedges in a lg bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper, toss to coat.

    Place the wedges on an ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
