Ingredients For nan's skillet dill potato fries

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 6 md
    russet potatoes
  • 1 sm
    yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill, fresh or dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt, all-purpose (i use county bob's)

How To Make nan's skillet dill potato fries

    In a medium skillet heat your oil to medium. Place your onions and potatoes in the skillet and let them cook until they start to brown up, 30 minutes.

    Season mixture with salt/pepper. country bob's, or your favorite seasoning. Sprinkle with dill, Then place lid on, turn heat down to low and let cook another 20 minutes. Serve them warm.
