Another family favorite...if you don't like spicy food, just leave out the cayenne. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ mighty tasty sweet potato wedges ~

  • 4 - 5 md
    sweet potatoes, peeled and wedged
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 - 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/8 -1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • kosher
    salt

How To Make ~ mighty tasty sweet potato wedges ~

    Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spray a non stick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except for the potatoes and salt.

    Brush each potato with half the mixture using a pastry brush. Place in oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven and coat again with remaining mixture. Place back on oven and bake another 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and starting to caramelize.

    Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with kosher salt. Serve immediately.
