2 canchicken broth

1 lbsmoked sausage

1 lgonion

1 canevaporated milk

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

4 clovegarlic, minced

How To Make maryhelen & cynthia's potato soup

1Peel and cut up potatoes, add enough water to cover in stew pan, Bring to boil, peel and chop a large onion, add to potatoes, add broth and milk. Peel sausage and cut in bite size pieces, add to pan with salt and pepper, I usually let it simmer an hour or more, I like the soup thick.
