If you like food with some kick, you will love these tots. I served with spicy ranch. Everyone loved them. For a party I'll double or triple the recipe. They will be served at my Super Bowl Party. The recipe was shared with my husband, by one of his co - workers. I tweaked it to our liking. Enjoy!

How To Make ~ hotty tottys ~
-
1Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Mix spices.
-
2Add butter and oil to a skillet or saucepan, heat until butter is melted into oil, stir to combine. Remove from burner and stir in spices. Thoroughly combine.
-
3In a medium sized bowl, pour in about 1/3 of the seasoned oil. Now add about 1/3 of the tater tots and swirl to coat in bowl. I also used a spatula and carefully tossed. Once coated place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tots, until all are coated. If there's any remaining sauce, drizzle over tots.
-
4Bake until desired crispness, about 25 - 30 minutes. Can season with salt when taken from oven. I found they were salty enough.
-
5I served with spicy ranch dressing. Yum!
