Such an easy recipe that I debated about posting it. This is my "go to" recipe when time is short and I'm having an oven roasted meat, such as chicken, fish or beef. I thought others might like this "shortcut" recipe as much as I do. So quick and easy and everyone enjoys them. My family likes to dip them in Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing that you make up with the dry seasoning packet, as per package instructions. Original recipe adapted from an old TOH magazine from 1998.
