Ingredients For creamy baked cheddar mashed potatoes

  • 6 lg
    potatoes peeled, cooked and drain
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 bunch
    green onions minced
  • 1 lg
    egg beaten
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced optional

How To Make creamy baked cheddar mashed potatoes

  • 1
    Mash the potatoes and stir in all ingredients until incorporated well.

    Transfer to greased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
