I'm sitting at home trying to think of different things that can be cooked fast and still remain clean eating. I basically used all the things that are already in my kitchen that's what I'm trying to use up. This is what I thought of and I hope you try it. Enjoycooking ......keep it clean.

Ingredients For clean eating spicy sweet potato fries w/ cilantro

sweet potatoe(s)

chili mix (enough to coat potatoes wedges)

cayenne pepper (to taste)
- CILANTRO SAUCE

1 bunchcilantro, fresh

1/2 cyogurt, low-fat, plain
-
1/2lemon juice
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
2 stalkgreen onions
-
1/8 colive oil
-
salt and pepper
-
dashcayenne pepper
- HEAT OVEN TO 350 F

1Peel and cut potatoes in desired shape

2Put chili mix in bag, to coat potatoes, make sure they are coated well.

3Bake until potatoes are fork tender.

4FOR CILANTRO SAUCE..... Load ALL ingredients in blender or food processor, blend well, TASTE and make adjustments (what you like)
